Workout # 18 : Lower Body

Skinny Fat to Fit Workout # 18

This is my Workout # 18, completed on April 24, 2020. This workout lasted for 53 minutes. I was not able to complete my Workout as I was aiming for. I could not do Split Squats for two main reasons: I felt my energy was depleted halfway through my workout (maybe due to a bad sleep) and being worried about the situation we are all living now. For the same reasons, I did Lunges with no weights, because I had no energy left.
