My Body Stats on April 26, 2020: In comparison with The Beginning, this week My Body Weight had an increase of 3.3‬ lbs or 1.5 kgs, my Body Fat has decreased 2.1% which represents a Fat loss of 2.9 lbs or 1.3 kgs and my Muscle Mass has increased 1.5% which represents an increase of 3.9 lbs or 1.8 kgs.

Last week I was confused about my last week’s Body Composition stats. It appeared as the scale I am using scanned my body incorrectly. Even though last week’s stats suggested that I was losing muscle and gaining fat, the photos showed the opposite. This week, however, my scale’s body scan seems to be more correct as my Body Composition stats suggest that I am very close to those of the Week 2 update. I am able to see an improvement in the photo comparison between Photo #1 and this week’s update.

The Workouts completed up to this point on my Transformation are Workouts # 15, 16, 17 and 18.
