
My Body Stats on April 19, 2020: In comparison with The Beginning, this week My Body Weight had an increase of 2.43 lbs or 1.1 kgs, my Body Fat increased 0.4% which represents a Fat gain of 1.31 lbs or 0.59 kgs and my Muscle Mass decrease only 0.1% which represents an increase of 0.7 lbs or 0.31 kgs.
I am somewhat confused about this week’s update. Comparing today’s photos with The Beginning, I am able to see less Fat on my Body, but my Body Composition stats suggest that the opposite is actually happening. Is the weight scale not as accurate as I initially thought?
The Workouts completed up to this point on my Transformation are Workouts # 11, 12, 13 and 14.
