
My Body Stats on April 12, 2020: My Body Weight had an increase of 2.65 lbs or 1.2 kgs, my Body Fat decreased 2.1% which represents a Fat loss of 3.05 lbs or 1.38 kgs and my Muscle Mass increased 1.5% which represents an increase of 3.61 lbs or 1.64 kgs.
I am happy with this week’s results. Even though my weight scale measured an increase in my Total Body Weight, the end result was an increase in my Muscle Mass and a decrease in my Body Fat.
The Workouts I realized to achieve this improvement are Workouts # 7, 8, 9 and 10.
