My Body Stats on April 5, 2020: My Body Weight had a slight increase of 0.66 lbs or 300 grams, my Body Fat decreased 2% which represents a loss of 3.29 lbs or 1.5 kgs and my Muscle Mass increased 1.5% which represents an increase of 2.83 lbs or 1.28 kgs.
