Hello followers,
I am getting married in less than 3 weeks. Due to this I will be very busy, in the gym a lot and possibly a little stressed. I will be taking a little hiatus until after the wedding from my blog just to try to get wedding tasks done, but I will leave you with a little bit about how I am getting into wedding shape.
- Monday- Arms and Abs
Curls 20lbs (20x)
15lbs (15x) x2
10 (15x) x2
Dip Presses on the Bench
10lbs (10x) x3
Scull Crushers
10lbs (10x) x3
Decline Bench Punching crunches- to target obliques \
30x x3
Then I finished with some bicycles, some planks, regular crunches etc
Then later today I will take total body conditioning and cycling
- Tuesday- Shoulders
and cycling class
- Wednesday- Chest

- Thursday- Legs

- Friday- Abs
